The Hammer Band is a free school-day music and social development program that partners with schools across Ontario with the goal of providing musical education during school hours to children living in underserved communities, who may not have access to real musical instruments or instruction.

Our students are given weekly classes at their school, where they learn the violin from professional musicians. We build stronger communities by enabling children from marginalized neighborhoods to grow and thrive as engaged team members and future leaders.
